If you believe material available on or through this site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to us as described below. We will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
1. How to File a DMCA Notice
To help us process your request quickly, your notification must include all of the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)):
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material to be removed or disabled, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the exact URL of the page where the material appears).
- Contact information for the complaining party, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- Good-faith statement that the complaining party believes use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
You can submit this information through our Contact Page or by sending a written notice to the DMCA Agent listed below.

- Your physical or electronic signature.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which NaturePhotographyHD.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.
4. Important Legal Notice
- Submitting a false claim of copyright infringement or a false counter-notice is a serious matter.

5. Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to infringing material, to terminate repeat infringers’ accounts, and to cooperate with copyright owners and law enforcement as appropriate.
